This award ceremony celebrates executives in businesses who consistently demonstrate remarkable leadership skills, integrity, values, vision, commitment to excellence, company performance, community service, and diversity.

Natalie brings in 11 years of diverse agency experience, which includes being an executive assistant, web developer and designer, project manager, account manager, creative director, COO and president. A natural visionary, Natalie uses her creative talents to help clients operate more effectively to meet their short-and-long-term business goals and plan for the future. Natalie inspires her internal team of designers, developers, strategists, account managers, and marketers at BOWEN, to think outside the box and to make a difference every day by supporting the company’s purpose: connect and positively impact humans through creativity, technology, and stunning brand.

Natalie was also a recent recipient of the 2019 Women of Distinction, awarded by the Town of Oyster Bay, and the 2018 Long Island Business News 30 under 30 Award, which honors young professionals under the age of 30 who contribute to the Long Island community through public service and who have made significant strides in business.
