For the Deaf.
With the Deaf.
By the Deaf.
We were approached by the Mill Neck family of non-profit organizations to build a platform for the international deaf community. Having an established global presence, it was our pleasure to create a modern, robust website incorporating exceptional imagery and videos, an array of inclusive programs and a wealth of resources for the Lutheran Friends of the Deaf.
Equality for All.
We set out to create an unprecedented audience connection by communicating a dual translation of the Lutheran Friends of the Deaf’s core values in an autoplaying ASL video, and in written english. Raising the bar for deaf literacy, the Lutheran Friends of the Deaf translates bible stories told throughout the ages into American Sign Language. We built a website for easy accessibility to an expansive virtual resource library, registration for Deaf Christians, Friends of the Deaf, Interpreters and more, donations towards the organization and a categorized calendar of events and photo galleries. Portraying the estate’s rich history, we designed a visual timeline leading into the present.
Focused on connecting the deaf community with the church at large, we aimed to communicate the organization’s expansive outreach. Our team worked diligently to convey the tremendous energy of the Lutheran Friends for the Deaf, constructing a comprehensive site that everyone can learn from. The site was launched on the 500th Anniversary of the Reformation, a date with great significance to the Lutheran Community.
